These are the current nightly rates for the 2024 MASRO Conference, please note there will be a nightly resort fee of $14.00 and tax (if not tax exempt) added to the nightly rate. Room rates are subject to Harrison County accommodations tax, currently five percent (5%) and state sales tax of seven percent (7%) per night. Resort fees are subject to state sales tax of seven percent (7%) per night. County and state taxes may be subject to increase without prior notice.

To Make a Reservation Over the Phone- Please call the IP Casino Resort Spa Room Reservations Department directly at 888-946-2847, press 1 for reservations, identify yourself as being with a group by using MASRO 2024 or MASG24C, and present a credit card number to hold the reservation
Important Payment Information:
Personal or Company Checks: The hotel front desk does not accept checks at check-in
If you don’t put down a credit card or send a check- not received within two weeks after making the reservation or two weeks prior to arrival (whichever comes first) the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
If individual is pre-paying for room with check the following procedures must be followed: When the reservation is made, the hotel will enter the reservation as a non-guaranteed reservation. Payment for the full amount of room, tax, and resort fee for all nights (amount provided at time of reservation) will be due and must be received within two weeks after making the reservation or two weeks prior to arrival, whichever date comes first. If payment is not received within two weeks after making the reservation or two weeks prior to arrival (whichever comes first) the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
If a guest must send check as prepayment for room, the following information is required and must be included with the check:
• Name of Guest(s) on Each Reservation that the Check Amount is Going to Cover
• Reservation Confirmation Number(s) for Each Reservation that Check is Going to Cover
• The Arrival Date for Each Reservation that the Check is Going to Cover
• The Name of the Convention (MASRO 2024) or Group (MASG24C)

*All reservations are made through the Las Vegas corporation phone number and the Las Vegas address has been given for payment. You may send checks to Las Vegas or to the Biloxi address listed above- either address will get the check to the correct place.
**All guests are required to post a credit card (or debit card) at check-in. Please note: IF using a DEBIT card for incidentals at check-in, your bank will put a hold on funds in the amount of $100.00 for several days, so credit card is the recommended choice**
